醫(yī)學(xué)生理學(xué)研究所,創(chuàng)新中心資深研究員閆致強任所長。
生理學(xué)自16世紀哈維研究血液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)為起點,是現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)。醫(yī)學(xué)生理學(xué)研究所從分子到系統(tǒng)水平研究生物體的生理活動規(guī)律及其產(chǎn)生機制。醫(yī)學(xué)生理學(xué)研究所利用分子生物學(xué)、化學(xué)生物學(xué)等產(chǎn)生的概念和技術(shù)推動生理學(xué)研究,進而促進醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展。例如研究重要的生理過程例如睡眠、代謝、免疫、感知、呼吸的機制及其調(diào)控,以及這些過程與疾病的關(guān)系。分子生物學(xué)是圍繞生物學(xué)中心法則研究生物本質(zhì)的科學(xué),它同時產(chǎn)生可以廣泛應(yīng)用于生命科學(xué)的技術(shù)。發(fā)韌于上個世紀50年代的分子生物學(xué)和70年代的基因工程技術(shù)推動了生物醫(yī)學(xué)研究和應(yīng)用。醫(yī)學(xué)生理學(xué)研究所開發(fā)最新的分子進化、基因編輯、新型分子標記檢測技術(shù)、基因治療等分子生物學(xué)技術(shù)以及化學(xué)生物學(xué)、新一代代謝檢測等技術(shù),并應(yīng)用到醫(yī)學(xué)生理學(xué)的研究中。
醫(yī)學(xué)生理學(xué)研究所研究方向:
●研究重要的生理學(xué)過程,如代謝、免疫、呼吸和行為等的分子、細胞和系統(tǒng)機制。
●研發(fā)應(yīng)用于生理學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)研究的重要技術(shù),如基因編輯、分子動態(tài)標記、基因治療,化學(xué)生物學(xué)等技術(shù)。
1.協(xié)助所長擬定本研究所的發(fā)展規(guī)劃、年度計劃及有關(guān)規(guī)章制度,并抓好落實;
2.協(xié)助所長做好行政、科研、教學(xué)等工作;
3.具體負責(zé)本研究所內(nèi)外事務(wù)的綜合協(xié)調(diào)、督辦落實;做好與創(chuàng)新中心行政團隊及技術(shù)支撐團隊的有效溝通與工作對接;
4.具體負責(zé)本研究所重要會議與活動的計劃、組織及接待工作;負責(zé)撰寫工作報告、方案等相關(guān)材料;
5.完成所長交辦的其他工作。
1.碩士及以上學(xué)歷,生物醫(yī)藥等相關(guān)專業(yè)者優(yōu)先;
2.具有敬業(yè)奉獻精神和良好的團隊合作意識,較強的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力、溝通交流能力與解決問題能力;執(zhí)行力強;
3.具有一定的管理經(jīng)驗,有研究機構(gòu)或高校工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先;
4.具有良好的中英文寫作能力和口頭表達能力;
5.能夠熟練使用各類日常辦公軟件;
6.身心健康。

Chinese Institutes for Medical Research
(CIMR), Beijing(首都醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)創(chuàng)新中心)is a research organization dedicated to
advancing basic and translational medical research. Our goal is to tackle
fundamental problems in human health with cutting-edge technology and through
interdisciplinary collaborations with world-class scientists and physicians in
Institute for Medical Physiology, Professor Zhiqiang Yan, the Investigator, serves as the Director.
Physiology began with
●Molecular, cellular, and systemic mechanisms underlying important physiological processes such as metabolism, immunity, respiration, and behavior.
●Technologies for physiological and medical research: gene editing, proximity labeling technology, gene therapy, and chemical biology technologies.
(1) Assist the Director in drafting the development plan, annual plan, relevant regulations of the Institute, and ensure the effectiveness of the implementation.
(2) Assist the Director in carrying out administrative, scientific research, and educational work, etc.
(3) Carry out the comprehensive coordination, supervision of the implementation of internal and external affairs of the Institute. Ensure effective communication and work coordination with CIMR’s administration team and core facility team.
(4) Responsible for the implementation of the planning,organizing and reception of important conferences and activities of the Institute; Responsible for drafting work reports, plans and other related materials.
(5) Complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
(1) Master Degree or above, preferably in biomedicine or related field.
(2) Good spirit of dedication and teamwork, strong organization, coordination and communication abilities, perfect problem-solving skills; implementation-oriented.
(3) Management experience, with experience in research institutions or universities is preferred.
(4) Good written and oral skills in both Chinese and English.
(5) Proficiency in various daily office software.
(6) Good physical and mental health.
